** “The Hills” will use “We Could Run Away” from The Heat in their October 29th episode, while “Newport Harbor” used their 2006 debut project’s hit song “Shine On” recently.

** In addition, Fox TV is currently using “Nothing Left to Lose” from “The Heat” for their Monday night promos for shows Prison Break and K-ville.

** NEEDTOBREATHE is no stranger to having their songs used in TV and film. Last fall, Fox Sports used "Don't Wait For Daylight" in their television coverage of the World Series, and “Shine On” was used in the Dane Cook film “Employee of the Month.”
